Helping animals in Bosnia & Herzegovina
Many forget that war is not only devastating for people and building constructions. Dogs and cats suffer equally when a war is raging. Many animals werer abandoned because their owners had to flee their homes and now the descendans became a large problem on the streets in B&H. We realise that there are still people that live below poverty line in Bosnia, but they can speak, they can cry for help, animals are voiceless and completely defenseless. NOA Denmark want to become their voice!

A familiy near Istria's largest city Pula in Croatia has adopted Joza, now called Max. Max was only few days from being euthanized and today he is very intelligent, loyal and sweet dog, a real family member.

Documentary on strays in Bosnia & Herzegovina

On the occassion of the 16th international Sarajevo Film Festival in July, there was a premiere of a documentary by Damir Janecek, Kinofil. The film tells of human apathy and the brutal animal abuse cases that occured over the past decade in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
